Welcome to IptvBox Player ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Android TV and mobile application (the "App") or accessing our website (iptvbox-player.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not install or use our App.

1. App Purpose and License

IptvBox Player is a media player utility designed to organize and stream IPTV content. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your personal Android-compatible devices solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

2. No Content Policy (User Responsibility)

IMPORTANT: IptvBox Player does NOT host, own, distribute, or provide any media content, channels, playlists, or streams. We are strictly a software utility. You, the user, are solely and fully responsible for acquiring valid and authorized access to IPTV playlists (M3U, Xtream Codes, or Stalker portal services) from your own service providers. We do not endorse or support the streaming of copyrighted content without permission from the copyright holder.

3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the App or Website to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws, including copyright and intellectual property regulations.
• Decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
• Bypass, disable, or tamper with any licensing checks, security measures, or update mechanisms in the App.
• Abuse or attack our licensing and sync servers via automated requests (DDoS, scrapers, etc.).

4. Cloud Sync and User Accounts

Our Cloud Sync feature allows you to sync your IPTV configuration profiles. By using this service, you agree that we may store your encrypted data. We reserve the right to limit the storage size per user or terminate accounts that violate these terms or display abusive rate-limiting behavior.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and Website are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all IPTV service providers. The quality and availability of streams depend entirely on your internet connection and your IPTV service provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
