Data & Account Deletion
Scope: this page covers IptvBox Play, the Google Play edition (package com.iptvboxplayer.app). If you use the free Site edition downloaded from this website, its cloud data lives on our server instead — delete it in-app via Settings → Cloud Account → Delete my cloud data, or email support@iptvbox-player.com.
IptvBox / IptvBox Play — this page explains how to delete the data associated with the app.
What data exists
- On your device: your playlists, provider credentials and settings. Uninstalling the app removes them.
- In your own Google Drive (only if you enabled Cloud Sync): a hidden app-folder backup of your settings. It lives in your account, not on our servers.
- On our server: only anonymous diagnostics (a random install ID, device model, app version) and any support messages you chose to send.
Delete it yourself — instantly
- Cloud backup: in the app, open Settings → Backup & support → Delete cloud data. This erases the backup from your Google Drive.
- Revoke Drive access: at myaccount.google.com/permissions, remove IptvBox.
- Everything on device: uninstall the app.
Request deletion from us
To have any server-side diagnostics or support records removed, email support@iptvbox-player.com from the address you used (or include your device ID from Settings → Backup & support). We delete such records within 30 days.
Brisanje podataka i naloga (SR)
- Na uređaju: liste, podaci provajdera i podešavanja — deinstalacija ih briše.
- Cloud bekap (ako si uključio Cloud Sync): u aplikaciji Podešavanja → Backup i podrška → Obriši podatke sa cloud-a (briše kopiju iz tvog Google Drive-a). Pristup možeš povući i na myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- Sa servera (anonimna dijagnostika / poruke podršci): pošalji mejl na support@iptvbox-player.com — brišemo u roku od 30 dana.
